I’m Jay Close and I’m working towards serenity and contentment. Over the years, I’ve studied and explored mindfulness so that I can guide others through this healing and grounding practice.I know what it’s like to experience anxiety and tension as I juggle many different roles. I have found mindfulness to be one of the greatest tools in my own journey. My desire to understand people and help people understand themselves has led me to utilize mindfulness with my clients and the people around me. I’ve found that those who can learn to live more in the moment experience a happier and healthier life. I want you to experience this transformation as I have along with many others.
